I am highly disappointed and upset with the poor condition of the merchandise I received. This cross was shipped like this. It was never put together. There's even a loose screw and nut rolling around in the box. This cross is completely unusable, due to the fact that the front of the cross is not attached to the back of the cross in any way. It's in two separate pieces, and there's no way to connect them together. It was never assembled. I should not have to pay to return this defective item. I did not damage it. I'd like either a prompt replacement or a full refund to my original payment method, please.
